1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Tryzent Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Tryzent Technologies provides comprehensive IT services including:

• Web and mobile application development
• AI product development and consulting
• Cloud solutions and infrastructure
• SaaS platform development
• IT consulting and strategy
• Technology education and training

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for information or feedback
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payments are due as specified in the project contract
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements
• Work may be suspended for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client IP

You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. Custom work developed specifically for you will be transferred upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Company IP

We retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and general knowledge. We may use general knowledge gained from projects for other clients.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Clients are responsible for backing up their data

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" and disclaim all warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law. We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
• We have the right to provide the services
• Services will substantially conform to agreed specifications

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With written notice as specified in the project agreement
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately for non-payment

Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India, or through the appropriate courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
